Adekunle Almoruf Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold or AG Baby, was born on January 28, 1987, in Lagos State, Nigeria. He comes from the royal Kosoko family in Lagos Island, making him a direct descendant of the famous Kosoko lineage.
From a young age, Adekunle was passionate about music and visual arts. He began performing in his church choir as a teenager, where he learned to play the guitar and developed his songwriting skills.
