Early Life and Background
Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, professionally known as Phyno, was born on October 9, 1986, in Enugu State, Nigeria. Although he hails from Anambra State, Phyno grew up in Enugu, where his passion for music and the arts developed at an early age. He originally dreamed of becoming a pilot or doctor but was eventually drawn to music, especially rap and production.
Phyno studied Public Administration at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) in Enugu, where he began producing music and honing his unique style.

Phyno started his career as a music producer in 2003, working with several top Nigerian artists before venturing into performing.
